Terms and Conditions
Item Atlas is a Virtual Shopping Centre. We believe in Fair Trade. We strictly follow Common Law of business. Any activity:
- with ill intention
- which could potentially cause economical loss to anyone in unethical or illegal way
- considered illegal in UK or European Union Law at any state, federal or commonwealth level
will not be tolerated and Item Atlas will seek legal remedy against the retailers, individual, customer, user or visit who conducted or attempted to conduct such activity.
Item Atlas is a virtual shopping centre similar to any shopping mall or centre where retailers sells from their own shop by displaying their products at Item Atlas. Shoppers purchase items/products from retailers at retailer’s own shop.
For Retailers, Item Atlas only display items and products and its information which we do not accept orders for. Customers are being redirected to the Retailers online store when they chose to click “Purchase from Retailer” button. Customer are required to contact that retailer if any dispute arise.
As a retailer, you allowed us to display your content which you provided us via email to display in Item Atlas and it start as soon as you join. We will continue to display your products until we chose to discontinue, or you let us know in writing to discontinue.
Fees and services
Joining Item Atlas and Selling items is free. There is no fee per order, but there is a fee to list and display products at Item Atlas. We charge fixed fees for using our services. We call it Listing Package. We charge one fixed fee only once in month until you request to cancel. We may change our fees from time to time.
You will be considered to be subscribed to the listing package as soon as you make first payment and you can cancel the subscription anytime. We do not provide any refund. Payments are automatic using Stripe’s payment processing platform. Stripe will use your same debit/credit card to charge the monthly fee to keep your listing package in Item ATLAS active.
If any dispute or dis-satisfaction arises with any products, you must contact the seller or vendor of your product. If the dispute does not resolved, in such case ItemAtlas will act as facilitator and will attempt to resolve the dispute. If that failed too, we will provide a statement and buyer or seller can take action as per Australian Consumer Law.
If you have any complaint or dis-satisfaction arises with ItemAtlas or Lucky IT Service, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the dispute. If you are still not satisfied with our resolution, all legal notices and formal disputes should be sent to our address via post.
Item Atlas do not ship any physical items. Retailers, who displaying/listing their products for sell, ship / deliver according to their own policy.
Returns and Refund
Please contact the retailer you intend to buy or bought the item from to discuss about returns and refunds.
You will indemnify us (and our officers, agents, employees) against any claim or demand, including legal fees and costs, made against us by any third party due to or arising out of your or vendors breach of this Agreement, or your or vendors infringement of any law or the rights of a third party in the course of using the Item Atlas platform.
Item Atlas is not agent of you or retailer or any users or any individual.
