Each of our chef's knives is forged by hand from the highest quality carbon steels and finished with timbers and materials sourced from within the UK.
FRAME TANG HANDLE - Frame handle construction is best defined as using a wrap-around “frame” to conceal the tang of a hidden tang knife. This is made up of at least 3 layers and allows some more embellishment in design than a traditional hidden tang handle . It also makes for a very robust and secure fitting handle.
Each pieces is unique and built to last a lifetime.
NOTE : Carbon steels will rust if left wet ! The blade will naturally oxidise over time , creating a beautiful (and protective) patina.
HANDLE MATERIAL : Micatra is a man-made material that uses many layers of fabric infused with coloured resin and compressed to create an ultra strong , vibrant sheet material. It is water resistant but will damage if left in water for too long.
USE - CLEAN - DRY
