Product Summary
The Atlas Mavros OCC XLR (3-pin) is a reference-grade balanced analogue interconnect designed to maximise signal transfer and minimise noise in high-performance hi-fi systems. Built around ultra-high purity 6N OCC (Ohno Continuous Cast) copper conductors and a multi-layer microporous PTFE dielectric, it’s engineered to reduce discontinuities in the signal path and preserve timing, space and low-level detail with a notably low noise floor.
This is an ex-demo cable that has been very well cared for.
Key Benefits
- Reference balanced XLR interconnect for high-performance analogue systems
- Ultra-high purity 6N OCC copper conductors for exceptional continuity and clarity
- Microporous PTFE dielectric for low loss and excellent wide-bandwidth performance
- Foil + OFC braid screening with Atlas Dual Drain (“dd”) design to reduce RF interference and maintain screen geometry during termination
- OCC copper pins with precision cold-weld (solder-free) termination for consistent metal-to-metal contact
- Aluminium alloy “dark Chrome” XLR connectors
- Hand-made in Scotland and supplied in official Atlas packaging
- 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee when registered with Atlas (serial number is on the packaging box or included product guide)
- Supported by Atlas’ “Your Cable. Our Promise” approach to in-house repair, customisation and upgrade options to help protect your investment over time
