LCD-2 uses the standard of Audeze's thin film diaphragm that is housed between a unique super efficient push-pull magnetic structure. This unique system provides low distortion while retaining speed and efficiently creating wonderful dynamic sound.

Audeze have equipped the LCD-2 with leather-free sloped earpads that provide further isolation and extended comfort levels. The headband has been fitted with Audeze's proprietary spring steel suspension headband making these headphones feel feather-light while wearing.
