Hand forged 'Black' stainless steel fire rake with leather lanyard.

Length : 47 cm

A single piece of solid stainless steel - very handy on the bbq or camp fire for moving hot coals around and controlling the fire when cooking.

'Black' stainless is created when the steel is heated to over 850 degrees and a dark oxide forms on the surface. This oxide is then lightly polished and oiled but not removed, leaving a dark grey patina.
