Smooth and silky, made from grapes picked from old vines at altitude in the Aragon region of Spain. Gently pressed, the juice is then matured for four years and developed into a wine that is truly special.
Aromas of chocolate-coated cherries and cassis with some vanilla spice lead you into a warming palate with a good tang of racy acidity. Fruit is all black cherry and bright strawberry. Tannins are smooth with a lovely touch of cherry stone almond on the finish. Grippy dark cocoa rounds it all out.
