Product Details

The inspiration for the name of this fragrance comes from the work La Norma by Vincenzo Bellini and from the most famous interpretation of his "ode to the moon" by Maria Callas. Just like Norma's voice, Castadiva starts almost whispering but then explodes into vibrant frangipani heart notes. Exuberant and sparkling but mysterious at the same time. Energising and magnetic, the woman who wears it will feel shining like a star: whether it is a party, a cocktail or a special occasion, the celestial aura of charm and romance of Osmanthus will envelop the senses and stimulate the imagination of the people around her.

"Tapping on my wrists Castadiva, I was told how it was inspired not only by the classical air of Bellini (from the opera Norma), but also by the stage requirements that prohibit opera singers from wearing perfume during performances, because of the effects that could have on the voice of the entire cast. The delicate accord of Castadiva frangipani, Egyptian jasmine and white musk were created to gradually unfold, so that not a hint of fragrance will be spread during a performance, but at the moment in which a diva will reach her dressing room to welcome admirers, her perfume will be at the peak of her intensity". [#created] Created By [/created]
