The City Oxford is the cleanest dress shoe we make — a sleek, unbroken upper with no cap, no broguing, no punched detail, just a smooth line running from toe to heel. What sets an Oxford apart is the closed lacing: the quarters are stitched under the vamp, so the lacing sits flush and the shoe holds a slim, tailored profile at the ankle. The eyelets are hidden behind the facing for an uninterrupted finish, with long, extra-strong laces in 100% recycled polyester tipped in zamak (a durable zinc alloy).
The uppers are our Italian bio-based vegan leather (62–66% plant-origin materials), smooth and clean-grained to suit the minimal design. Underfoot, a slim TR outsole is paired with a compressed Tunit heel (a hard-wearing rubber-resin compound) with a classic stacked finish, and a TR grip layer underneath — the traditional dress shoe silhouette with rubber where it actually meets the ground. The heel sits at 2.5cm with a fine 0.7cm sole under the toe, and a steel shank runs through the arch for stability and support.
Inside, soft Portuguese vegan suede lines the shoe, breathable against the foot, and the cushioned layered insoles pair a soft memory foam top layer with a recycled PU base (20% recycled PU) for comfort from desk to dinner. This is the shoe for suits, interviews, weddings — anywhere the details are being noticed, these disappear into sharpness.
