The Fyne Audio F701SP is a premium standmount loudspeaker designed for customers who want a larger, more powerful standmount speaker with genuine high-end refinement. Hand-built in the UK, it takes the highly regarded F701 cabinet and upgrades it with Special Production engineering drawn from Fyne Audio’s upper ranges.
At its core is a 200mm IsoFlare point source driver derived from the F1-8, combining a multi-fibre bass/midrange cone with FyneFlute surround and a 25mm magnesium dome compression tweeter. This time-aligned arrangement helps deliver excellent imaging, strong vocal focus and a coherent soundstage across a wide listening area.
The F701SP also benefits from a refined high-frequency waveguide, upgraded crossover design, high-grade ClarityCap capacitors, Neotech PC-OCC wiring and gold-plated WBT Nextgen terminals. Deep Cryogenic Treatment is used to further optimise key components, helping the speaker reveal more texture, nuance and control.
Fyne Audio’s BassTrax downward-firing port system with Tractrix diffuser helps distribute bass energy more evenly into the room, giving the F701SP impressive low-frequency reach while remaining easier to position than many conventional rear-ported designs. Available in Piano Gloss Walnut, Piano Gloss Black, Piano Gloss White or Natural Walnut, it is a serious standmount loudspeaker for high-quality two-channel systems in medium to larger rooms.
