A modified version of our Standard Hand Gripper Setting Block allowing you to hang weight.

The block allows for a 15mm hold which is the standard width we use for our timed Gripper holds.

Each block comes with 4mm type III polyester rope attached for hanging weight.

Available in a vareity of colours keep an eye out for special edition runs of this item.
