Pale in colour with fine bubbles, this wine is light and bright with delicate sweet floral aromas of elderflower and orange blossom. Hints of herby, minty and aniseed aromas on the nose bring a fresh, savoury appeal to the wine.
On the palate, classic fruit characters of Granny Smith apple, grapefruit and pear flavours create a lively zesty refreshing finish, which make this wine perfect as an aperitif.
