The Route

The route starts at Limehouse Basin, follows the Limehouse Cut to Stratford, then uses the extensive cycle routes around Stratford to Forest Gate. Cross the Wanstead Flats before joining the well-signposted Q6 to Barkingside Station.

From there, it's a quick run through Fairlop Waters to join Forest Road, leading to Hog Hill, aka Redbridge Cycling Centre.


Finish

Finish at Redbridge Cycling Centre, warmed up and ready for whatever you came to race.
