Hand forged stainless steel handle with textured copper or brushed stainless steel bowl and copper rivets.

'Black' stainless is created when the steel is heated to over 850 degrees and a dark oxide forms on the surface. This oxide is then lightly polished and oiled but not removed.
Tip : Fully dishwasher proof. The copper bowl may also darken in colour over time - this is the natural patina developing and will add to the character.
Please note : Copper utensils are for serving food and not for cooking with. Stainless steel is food safe for both cooking and serving.
