Through seasonal acupuncture and simple, meditative Qi Gong, you’ll support your body to release what’s no longer needed and create space for steadiness, clarity and ease.
Held in a stunning private retreat space in Steyning, Sussex, the day also offers the option to enjoy the sauna and wild swim in the natural pond — or simply spend time in nature, taking in the panoramic views of the South Downs.
