Exceptional length, creamy texture and elegance with lingering acidity. There
are apricot and citrus flavours with a touch of honey, nuts and toffee.
Blend : 100% Chardonnay grapes from Essex.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Serve with : Salami, olives, wild mushrooms and truffle, garden tomatoes and basil, fresh cod or monkfish, semi soft and mildly smoked cheese.
