This fresh and zesty wine has a range of characteristics including grapefruit, guava, box wood and a hint of blackcurrant. Best served lightly chilled and is a great accompaniment to food.

Serve with : Avocado, asparagus, seasonal greens, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, mackerel, fish and chips, chicken, pork, veal, aromatic spice, goat’s cheese.
