In 2014, Mymanu founder Danny Manu set out to solve a problem no consumer device had solved before — letting two people who don't share a language understand each other in real time, through their own ears.

In 2016, after a successful Kickstarter campaign that raised over $500,00 the Mymanu Clik launched as the world's first live voice translation earbuds. A decade later, every major brand in the translation earbud category entered a market that Mymanu created.

What Made Clik + Revolutionary

When Mymanu Clik + launched in 2016, no other consumer earbud could do what it did — translate live conversations in real time, through your own ears, in over 37 languages spoken by more than 4 billion people worldwide.

But translation was only half the breakthrough. Clik + was built audio-first. Knowles 2-way Balanced Armature drivers — the same driver technology used in professional in-ear monitors — delivered rich, dynamic high and low frequencies wirelessly. Combined with aptX® codec and passive noise cancellation, the original Mymanu Clik sounded as good as it translated.

A single tap on the touch control panel called up Siri or Google Assistant without reaching for your phone. The charging case kept Clik + powered through the longest travel days — and could top up your phone too, a feature most premium earbuds still don't offer.
