A dry crisp English white wine. The wine presents a lemon/light gold colour, a generous bouquet of apple, pear and honeysuckle and a hint of stone fruits: white peach, nectarine, pear on the nose followed by weldefined and complex fruit characteristics, with fresh crisp acidity and minerality with plenty of character on the palate.
It is very well balanced between the fruit and the acidity with leaving a rounded mouth feel and long finish of fruit and freshness.
