How does it work?

We all have times when our wellbeing needs a boost. Pause is here to help you or your loved one find the space to make that happen. Each box includes: 
- an inspirational notebook with positive quotes
- a reflection card
- an activity that is designed to encourage creativity, relaxation, a new skill or simply to  take five minutes for themselves
- A personalised gift message from you (one message per order)

Plus, by ordering a Pause box you're helping Mind provide support and advice for people experiencing mental health problems. 

How about delivery?

All our boxes have free UK delivery, and your order can be delivered to one or multiple addresses. So if you want to order gifts for multiple friends or family, you can do!

Our usual delivery time is 3-5 working days from dispatch, but this may be longer for larger orders. 

Due to ongoing strikes with Royal Mail, delivery could be longer than estimated, so please be patient if you order doesn't arrive within our standard timings. If you have a query about an order, please get in touch.
