Our Recuperate blend is an expertly formulated blend of 7 essential oils to support your journey back to health. The wonderful restorative properties of Frankincense, Sandalwood and Cedarwood are blended with Fir Balsam, Sweet orange and Lemon oils. The beautiful healing English Lavender finishes this blend.
