The Planar 6 is built around Rega’s ultra-light Tancast 8 foam core plinth with a high-pressure laminate skin, designed to minimise resonance and maximise energy transfer. This results in exceptional clarity, timing and musical precision.

This package is fitted with the Rega Ania Pro moving coil cartridge, delivering a detailed, dynamic and highly engaging sound. Combined with the precision RB330 tonearm, dual-layer glass platter and Neo PSU power supply, the result is a refined and highly capable turntable system.
