Ridgeview Cavendish NV

A rich golden colour with exceptionally fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with hints of red fruits. The Pinot dominance brings depth and complexity to the palate with a long-lasting finish, whilst the Chardonnay adds finesse and freshness. A fuller, more red fruited style. The richness of the palate and the good acidity make for a great food wine.

This English sparkling wine has been Served at a reception in Lancaster House to the Prime Minister and UK Business Leaders.

This is Ridgeview's Traditional Blend and the Cavendish is dominantly Pinot Noir and Meunier with Chardonnay supporting.  

Blend : 43% Pinot Noir - 29% Pinot Meunier - 28% Chardonnay

Alcohol 12% 

Serve with : seafood or canapés featuring duck or beetroot.
