Smaller than our classic Kitchen Spatula with a flatter handle - cakes, pies or even fish , it's perfect for serving at the table.
'Black' stainless is created when the steel is heated to over 850 degrees and a dark oxide forms on the surface. This oxide is then lightly polished and oiled but not removed.
Tip : Fully dishwasher proof. The copper blade may also darken in colour over time - this is the natural patina developing and will add to the character.
