If you're looking for a light-weight functional cleanser that just does it’s job, won't dry or strip but removes makeup, grime, and excess oils. Gel cleansers can be stripping, but we love this one because it's expressly not.
The Lowdown
Synergie Ultracleanse cleans without detergent, and doesn’t strip away your protective barrier. It removes excess oil, sunscreen and dirt (bar waterproof mascara). It leaves what should stay and removes what needs to be washed away to leave the skin hydrated. Also, it lasts a long time.

If you ever feel tight after a cleanse, it's the wrong cleanser. Your skin has been over-cleaned and stripped of its natural protective oil barrier; so your skin becomes weak and vulnerable to redness, irritation, over-producing oil.
