EXTRA LONG BLADE

Hand forged stainless steel handle with an extra long brushed stainless steel blade and copper rivets.

Blade size - 4.5 cm wide. 12.5 cm long

Perfect for platting up fish fillets, cakes or slices of pie - just like the professionals !

'Black' stainless is created when the steel is heated to over 850 degrees and a dark oxide forms on the surface. This oxide is then lightly polished and oiled but not removed.

Tip : Fully dishwasher proof. The stainless steel blade may scratch over time - this is a natural process and will add to the character.
